Tell us how long you would like to reserve the building(s) or room(s) needed for your event.
Do you need additional set-up or tear-down hours or days? (Ex 8 am - 5 pm or All Day)

We can program Eastview's doors to unlock for your event. For security purposes, we suggest 15 or 30 minutes before the start of your event. Please plan to be on-site when they unlock.

We can program Eastview's doors to lock automatically after your event. Depending on clean-up time, we suggest 30 minutes after the end of your event. Please do not leave campus until the doors are locked. If your event ends early, please get in touch with Vickie Graeber or Alec Castleberry to lock the building early.

Please tell us what the event is and give a brief description of its purpose. Include a link to the event or the host church/location website.

Registration & Sign-ups can be done digitally through the Church Center App.

The Eastview Promotions Team will gladly assist you in creating artwork and promotional materials for your event.
Please check all that apply.

Please list your event theme, preferred color scheme, speakers, and all details you want to be promoted or included in the artwork or promotional materials.

Do you need support staff or support items for your event?

This includes items such as backdrops, florals, greenery, candles, candleholders, mirrors, vases, etc.

Your Responsibilities as the Event Host/Coordinator

Contact information for all department leaders is listed in the church directory.

The church has an account set up with the Maytag Laundry at 601 S 1st St, Lufkin.

A chaperone must be present at all times.
Chaperones must be church members age 21 or older.
Church members are responsible for guests complying with the rules.
No food or drink is allowed in the gym play area.
No foul language.
No unsportsmanlike conduct.
Make sure the gym is clean after play
Put all equipment away after use.
Turn all lights & AC/Heat units off.
**Tennis shoes only in the gym play area.**
Fellowship Hall/Kitchen is off-limits unless given prior approval.
Items such as tables, chairs, kitchen items, and gym equipment are not be removed from the building.

Males:
No shorts of any kind.
No cut-off shirts.
No sleeveless shirts unless worn over a shirt with sleeves.

Females:
Skirts only - length to the knee
No sleeveless or cap-sleeve tops.
No midriff shirts.

I understand I am expected to be a good steward with the location used for my event (on campus and off-site).

For on-campus events:
The use of alcohol and tobacco is prohibited in all areas of the campus.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Food and drinks are to be confined to the tiled areas of the campus.
Food and drinks are not allowed on carpeted areas or the gym unless prior approval is given.
Taping, mounting, or displaying items on any painted surface is not allowed.

I understand I am responsible for the set-up, clean-up, and return to normal set up of the facility or area used.
I will remove all items brought in for use at the event immediately after the event unless given prior permission. (decorations, props, food, etc.)
I will return all items used to their proper storage locations.
I will remove all trash from the space used and take it to the dumpster.
I will wipe down tables & countertops.
I will spot clean any sticky spills with hot water only.
I will sweep the floor or vacuum if it is needed.
I will ensure the building is secure by locking all doors and turning off lights.
I understand I am not responsible for mopping floors or detailed cleaning.

All use of Eastview facilities requires Pastoral approval. The church office will contact you regarding approval or denial of your event request.
